Clean sheet for Clearway at ISO audit

Clearway’s business management system recently came under the spotlight in their annual ISO9001 audit. All of the company’s procedures were scrutinised including areas such as Customer Care, Quality Management, Traceability and Health and Safety. The result was a pass with flying colours with no non-conformities at all!  

Proud of their ISO9001 accreditation Clearway management use this globally recognised standard as a tool to measure performance and compliance throughout their window and door manufacturing and installation activities as well as Designex cabinet production. Group Compliance Manager Kevin Godden commented “It was really satisfying to receive a clean sheet from our ISO auditor and it is testament to the efforts of the management team throughout the year. Both commercial and domestic customers can buy from Clearway with confidence that our Business Management System stands up to the strictest of scrutiny.”

ISO9001 is only one of the accreditations held by Clearway, part of the East Manor Group, who have also achieved Constructionline Gold status, are members of the Government’s Trust Mark Scheme, FENSA, CHAS, GGF, CAB, The Leaders’ Council and hold BSI kitemark and CE marking standards.
